I began my business career as a consultant at Mercedes-Benz Polska, working in Customer Care and Sales. I also acted as an assessor on Assessment and Development Centre projects. I implemented coaching projects for dealership network employees.

In 2012, I began working at PwC Polska as a manager in the PwC Academy, where I run training and coaching projects for external clients. I am an author and trainer of the Business Coaching Diploma coaching school, which has international reach.

I also belong to the Executive Coaches group at PwC. I have experience in designing and implementing comprehensive development projects for corporations. I specialise in Executive and Team Coaching, managing change, communication, managing teams, and mentoring. I run coaching and soft skills training processes for top-level managers of international corporations and leaders of non-governmental organisations. I am a mentor, as well as an assessor for coaches seeking ICF or EMCC coaching accreditation. I also have experience as an academic lecturer, including for Kozminski University, Warsaw University and Warsaw Medical University.
