Mentoring Academy
Welcome to the only mentoring academy in Poland accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). We offer a comprehensive programme of workshops leading at two levels: Mentor Foundation and Mentor Practitioner. Graduates of the Stibitz Mentoring Academy can pursue individual EIA accreditation at both levels.

The Stibitz Mentoring Academy is the only EMCC-accredited programme in Poland for training mentors at both Foundation and Practitioner levels – with EQA EMCC accreditation.
Our trainers have many years’ experience in mentoring, training and business – and include Poland’s only EMCC-accredited trainer and supervisor at the Senior Practitioner level.
We are the only school in Poland authorised to run the whole accreditation process at the EMCC Foundation and Practitioner levels.

The Stibitz Mentoring Academy – programme
We offer a programme for extending one’s mentoring competences, at two EMCC-approved levels: Mentor Foundation (20 accredited hours) and Mentor Practitioner (170 accredited hours). Our course design incorporates all the competence areas required by the EMCC.Read more>>
EMCC accreditation
The training path we offer at Foundation and Practitioner levels leads to EQA EMCC accreditation – for years, a guarantee of quality in mentoring training.

Mentor Foundation
A 20-hour course for EQA EMCC mentors at Foundation level. A compendium of professional knowledge on the mentoring process and principles, and mentoring tools. Possibility of EMCC accreditation at Foundation level.
Mentor Practitioner
170 hours of advanced training in mentoring competences. Advanced techniques and tools; standards and ethics of mentoring. Possibility of EMCC accreditation at Practitioner level.
